Parents for Parents
Our (P4P) Parents for Parents program connects parents who have successfully navigated the child welfare system to parents who have recently become engaged with Child Protective Services. We believe in supporting children and families, and our main priority is to support parents in their reunification and family well-being goals.
          Support for parents, by parents, to reunite families.
P4P is a peer mentor, education, professional training, and family reunification program that serves parents and their families navigating the child welfare system.
P4P is compromised of three main components.

Research summaryOur goal is to provide early outreach, education and support to parents who have entered the dependency system so they can be reconnected to their children.
We also offer parent allies leadership training and gateway employment opportunities as they provide support, knowledge and mentoring to parents new to the system.
