P4P is a peer mentor, education, professional training, and family reunification program that serves parents and their families navigating the child welfare system.

P4P is compromised of three main components.

Education classes
Ongoing reunification support provided by Parent Allies (PAs)

Research summary

Our goal is to provide early outreach, education and support to parents who have entered the dependency system so they can be reconnected to their children.

We also offer parent allies leadership training and gateway employment opportunities as they provide support, knowledge and mentoring to parents new to the system.
